To operate as a full-fledged Teame Zazzu asset, a candidate undergoes extensive training in a variety of skill sets over many years. Diverse experience overcoming challenges in changing environments requiring adaptability, flexibility, and discipling develops the mental fortitude to be ready for the unexpected.

Operatives study to master basic and advanced field skills, foster teamwork and leadership, and achieve proper conditioning for any environment, from aircraft to range, river to desert scrub, urban city to cyber-system, and garage to galley.
