TZJC elements gathered for cold weather equipment tests, patrol movement drills, and signals run-throughs with K9 training support in a foothills peak ascent in a pre-dawn granite-step trail environment.

Two team elements left the departure point and moved from dense brush to hilltop along designated rally points. A forward scout element located and identified light source contacts. Contacts were tracked as they moved rapidly through the operation area.

Watch the light and be ready to flash.
Junior Corps team members broke into separate signals elements to conduct coded light signals reception and relay. As dawn broke, the TZJC returned back to the departure point and declared the operation in honor of a new TZ member designated WEW. Go Teame!
